Summary
The customer was keen to make use of the vacant building on their land.
Previously the wash tower for the water board pumping station.
The initial brief was a quick overhaul to maximise the buildings potential as a holiday let.
The idea of a quick overhaul went out the window.
RAW Imagination and creativity.

We hope we’ve given the wash tower the new life it deserves and have not taken away from its RAW structure.
What we've done...
Bespoke birch ply kitchen, all made on site.
Poured concrete curved worktop.
Unvented hot water cylinder supplying all hot water outlets.
Log burner sat on poured concrete curved hearth.
Poured harsh concrete sofa with soft dressings.
Upcycled spiral staircase, freshly powder coated in red oxide.
Bespoke canter leaver bed
Corten steel shower screen
Bespoke wash basin plinth
Wall hung wc on micro cement clad concealed cistern.
