Summary

This customer visited a job we were working on. They were very keen to have us in and get to work on creating their showroom. We were initially drafted in to build the ‘garden room’ (pictured) which we redesigned on site adding the dual aspect windows and 2 tone cladding, and cladding the perimeter walls with Siberian larch. After completing these areas of the build, they asked us to stay on site and lay the 900x600mm 20mm porcelain flooring. Ideas were bounced around about what else we could do or create, which then lead us to suggesting a waterfall. Completely designed and built from scratch, fully fibreglassed and clad with split-faced granite. Artificial grass was supplied by the customer and fitted to an area inside which we had left free between the porcelain.

A custom reception desk was built near to the entrance, cladded again in split-faced polar white granite with a hard wearing microcement top and backing to keep it extra durable. Custom shelving was built inside the garden room to maximise the space and storage capabilities. For the outdoor kitchen we installed a utility area for the hot water under sink heater and washing facilities for towels and robes when customers ‘wet tested’ the hot tubs.
